Before You Arrive...

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, we request that you stay home and cancel any upcoming reservations as soon as possible:

  • Elevated temperature or fever of 100.4 F or higher

  • Persistent cough

  • Shortness of breath and/or difficulty breathing

  • Loss of smell and/or taste

  • Fatigue

  • Persistent headache

  • Nausea/Vomiting etc...

Liability Waiver

  • Here at Niko's Lair,  All Clients 18 and up will be required to complete and sign Niko's Lair Studio Waiver upon arrival of your first class. We welcome ALL ​Genders, Cultures & ALL Body-Types to come X'Perience what THEE Lair has to offer.

  • However, if you are under the age of 18, we WILL require parental consent before you are permitted to take a class or use the studio space for practice. The parent or legal guardian must come to the studio with the minor, provide photo ID, and sign a parental consent form.

Thee Lair Etiquette

 

  • Taking pictures and filming is allowed in all of our classes. If you wish to take pictures or film yourself, please respect your fellow students’ privacy and your instructor and ask them for permissions.

  • Please sanitize your hands and wipe down your poles, the floor in which you lie down before and after use. This also includes ANY other studio equipment used.

  • Please respect your instructors and fellow students by leaving your phone conversations outside the studio while class is in session.

Thee Late Policy

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your class.

  • Doors will lock within 10 minutes of class start time. We reserve the right to not allow anyone that arrives late to enter the studio and join class. No exceptions. DO NOT BE LATE!

  • No classes will be credited or reimbursed (No refunds) for absence due to tardiness. No exceptions.

Thee Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel Anytime up to 6 hours prior to the class start time w/No LATE CANCELLATION FEE…

  • LATE CANCELLATION FEE is 15$ (if canceled within or after the 6 hour window before the class begins.)

  • ALL NO-SHOWS will Forfeit Class credit on the Class missed with NO REFUND and a 25$ No Show Fee. 

  • Please ARRIVE On time..Doors will be locked 10 min AFTER class start time. ANY Arrivals After that 10 min period, Will not be permitted to enter class & Class credit will be lost/Forfeited with NO REFUND, 15$ LATE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED.

 Private Lessons Policy

  •  For ALL Reschedules, you MUST call/text us @ 813-733-1026 & give your instructor 24 hour notice prior to your appt....NO REFUNDS after Purchase. No show policy above still applies....

  • *A Late Fee of 25$ will be assessed if you arrive 10 min or later after your scheduled appointment..*

Cancellation Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • No rollovers classes.

  • NO EARLY Membership CANCELLATIONS.

  • NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

  • If your card declines, your monthly membership will be suspended & you will not be able to book ANY future classes until your membership invoice is paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Class Booking/Student Minimum
 Attendance Policy

​

  • With consideration of Our team being able to properly plan to get to the studio & provide you with a quality X’perience at Niko’s Lair, A Dance & Aerial Fitness Studio, There will be a 2 hour booking CUTOFF window implemented 2 hours prior to class starting time. ​We encourage you all to book your classes as early as possible

​

  • If the class has No Participants (NO STUDENTS) signed up within 2 hours of the class starting, the class WILL BE CANCELLED.

​

  •  All Classes at  Niko's Lair will have a 3 student minimum.  The studio may cancel classes within 4 hours if less than 3 students are signed up.
