🔥 POLE VIRGIN: FIRST TOUCH🔥 For the “I ain’t NEVER done this before” crew. Never touched a pole? Don’t know how to walk around it? Looking at everybody else like, “Yeahhhh… I’m not doing THAT yet.” 😂 PERFECT. This class was made specifically for YOU. Pole Virgin: First Touch is Niko’s Lair’s BELOW-beginner, first-timers ONLY introduction to pole. No experience. No strength requirements. No flexibility expectations. And absolutely NO keeping up with people who have already taken pole classes. We’re taking it SLOWWW & starting at ZERO. 🖤💋 You’ll learn how to: ✨ Get comfortable touching & moving around the pole ✨ Properly grip and position your hands ✨ Walk with confidence around the pole ✨ Learn your very first beginner spins & transitions ✨ Understand basic pole safety and body positioning ✨ Build confidence without feeling rushed, intimidated or “behind” There will be NO climbing. NO inverting. NO advanced tricks. We’re learning the basics, catching a vibe, laughing through the awkward moments and letting you discover what your body can do. 👠 Heels are OPTIONAL. 💪 Strength is NOT required. 🍑 Coordination is NOT required. 😩 Nervous AF? EVEN BETTER. ————————————————— The only requirement: This MUST be your FIRST time taking pole EVER or it’s been a longgggg time since you tried pole dance. Come as you are. CLASS BOOKING WINDOW A 6 hour booking CUTOFF window is implemented 6 hours prior to class starting time, class may be subject to cancellation at the instructor’s discretion if the 3 student minimum requirement is not met to conduct the class. All WORKSHOP'S/SHOWCASES/CLASS/EVENT Sales Are Final/ NO REFUNDS No exceptions… LATE CANCELLATION FEE of 15$ Will be applied if canceled after the 6 hour window before class starts (Regardless of Membership Plan/Single~Drop In Class/Class Package). ALL LATE CANCELLATIONS will FORFEIT class credit & will be subject to the LATE FEE Policy (15$ Late Fee) & Loss of class credit.
