Class description

This class will consist of a Spontaneous Class Choice by Your Instructor to add a lil' spice to your life...Just know it will super fun to just let go and let our bodies and movement take us away..Come prepared with your knee pads, pole grip etc...This class will be exactly what you need after a long structured day and MOST OF ALL, THIS CLASS will be fun no matter what we choose...SEE YOU AT THEE LAIR!💋 What I need to bring for class: - Comfortable top - Shorts recommend; leggings (optional) - Knee pads (optional) - No lotions or oils - Heels (optional) but Highly Recommended - Pole grip (recommended) -Water & a Light Snack -yoga mat (optional)

Cancellation Policy

CLASS BOOKING WINDOW A 2 hour booking CUTOFF window is implemented 2 hours prior to class starting time, class may be subject to cancellation at the instructor’s discretion if the 3 student minimum requirement is not met to conduct the class. LATE CANCELLATION FEE of 15$ Will be applied if canceled after the 6 hour window before class starts (Regardless of Membership Plan/Single~Drop In Class/Class Package). ALL LATE CANCELLATIONS will FORFEIT class credit & will be subject to the LATE FEE Policy (15$ Late Fee) & Loss of class credit.
