Sensual Pole Flow w/ JMEE GURL POLES
Fluidity starts from fully understanding the basics of movement as well as proper technique. In this class I will break down every move & transition individually so you have a chance to better understand each move in your body before putting them all together in a sequence. Each sequence is designed to be done in a slower & more fluid way, although at the end of the class you’ll be encouraged to have fun with the sequence adding in your own swag.
Prerequisites: This class is for anyone with any type of pole experience that have taken at least 2-3 pole classes before but can also be very beneficial for seasoned dancers as we will be learning sequences made by me & paying a lot of attention to the details of the movements. Base Baddie (Fluid Base Flow) This workshop focuses on utilizing the bottom or base of the pole. Although there will be slides, holds, pushing, pulling, etc we will spend most the time off our feet (No standing or walking). A sequence will be taught throughout the workshop. Socks, knee pads, layers (shirt, leggings/sweats) are encouraged but not required. Heels are optional. All levels welcome; some pole experience recommended. All genders welcome as long as you’re fully participating.
