It's all about the base so let's get to the bottom of it all. In this class we will focus on slinky movements, legwork, shoulder rolls and inversions using the lower part of the pole and the floor around it. This class will alternate between choreo and combo building.
*Kneepads and layers recommended, heels or socks strongly encouraged.
