Are you ready to Level Up at THEE Lair?!? Say Less! In this Intermediate tricks we will be learning NEW tricks while building onto Tricks learned in Stage 1 & 2 plus more. In VXN Play~N~Slay’TriX Stage 2/3 we will focus on combining the tricks your learning and turn them into cool combos using Spin pole/or static pole (Optional). At the end of class we will incorporate what you're learning into a freestyle flow so that you are comfortable in OUR NEW DANCE CLASS "FLUIDITY UNLEASHED" & know where to go during freestyle. While ultimately creating a new GENRE OF BADDDDDDIES that WILL SLAY ALL DAY EVERYDAY AT NIKO'S LAIR! Must feel SOLID/comfortable in your Aerial Invert PRE-REQUISITES & APPROVAL FROM THE INSTRUCTOR (LINDSAY LOU) & NIKO IS (REQUIRED) FOR THIS CLASS Things You will be working on to BE SOLID IN... 1. Inside or outside leg hang with no hands 2. Genie with knowledge of no hands, yet, comfortable with 1 hand, 2 hand on pole. 3. Apprentice with knowledge of true grip and cup grip 4. Split Grip (Full Bracket) 5. Half-Bracket/Performance grip and Hold's/pencils “The above moves are prerequisite's for VXN Play~N~Slay’TriX Stage 3 Class. Additional moves may be include in classes such as thigh holds, brass monkeys, shoulder mounts, etc” What I need to bring for class: - Comfortable top - Shorts recommend; leggings (optional) - Knee pads (optional) - No lotions or oils - Heels (optional) - Pole grip (recommended) -WATER (We have Water for 1$ in the studio) - OXYGEN 🤣🤣 LOL JK! 💋 see you in class..

Cancellation Policy
CLASS BOOKING WINDOW A 2 hour booking CUTOFF window is implemented 2 hours prior to class starting time, class may be subject to cancellation at the instructor’s discretion if the 3 student minimum requirement is not met to conduct the class. LATE CANCELLATION FEE of 15$ Will be applied if canceled after the 6 hour window before class starts (Regardless of Membership Plan/Single~Drop In Class/Class Package). ALL LATE CANCELLATIONS will FORFEIT class credit & will be subject to the LATE FEE Policy (15$ Late Fee) & Loss of class credit.
