Stage 1 💋HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR (BEGINNERS), FIRST TIME POLE Dancer & Any students who want to Revisit the basics. (BEGINNER LEVEL) 1 Hr Introduction to the basic’s of pole tricks & gain strength that progresses your skills to the next stage of your pole tricks journey. (B)eginner Foundation Tricks on (Static Pole). Learning all the things, from sits, to inverts, proper form and conditioning to prevent injury as you progress into your pole tricks journey. All while incorporating them into your flow.. What I need to bring for class: - Comfortable top - Shorts recommend; NO leggings - Knee pads (optional) - No lotions or oils - Heels (optional) - Pole grip (recommended) -Water & a Light Snack

Cancellation Policy
CLASS BOOKING WINDOW A 2 hour booking CUTOFF window is implemented 2 hours prior to class starting time, class may be subject to cancellation at the instructor’s discretion if the 3 student minimum requirement is not met to conduct the class. LATE CANCELLATION FEE of 15$ Will be applied if canceled after the 6 hour window before class starts (Regardless of Membership Plan/Single~Drop In Class/Class Package). ALL LATE CANCELLATIONS will FORFEIT class credit & will be subject to the LATE FEE Policy (15$ Late Fee) & Loss of class credit.
