Class description
Fluidity starts from fully understanding the basics of movement as well as proper technique. In this class I will break down every move & transition individually so you have a chance to better understand each move in your body before putting them all together in a sequence. Each sequence is designed to be done in a slower & more fluid way, although at the end of the class you’ll be encouraged to have fun with the sequence adding in your own swag. Prerequisites: This class is for anyone with any type of pole experience that have taken at least 2-3 pole classes before but can also be very beneficial for seasoned dancers as we will be learning sequences made by me & paying a lot of attention to the details of the movements. Quality over quantity. Open to all individuals as long as you are participating/here to learn. No spectators allowed. What to bring: Pole heels recommended but not required. Socks required. Dress in whatever makes you feel like a Baddie🌺

CLASS BOOKING WINDOW A 6 hour booking CUTOFF window is implemented 6 hours prior to class starting time, class may be subject to cancellation at the instructor’s discretion if the 3 student minimum requirement is not met to conduct the class. All WORKSHOP'S/SHOWCASES/CLASS/EVENT Sales Are Final/ NO REFUNDS No exceptions… LATE CANCELLATION FEE of 15$ Will be applied if canceled after the 6 hour window before class starts (Regardless of Membership Plan/Single~Drop In Class/Class Package). ALL LATE CANCELLATIONS will FORFEIT class credit & will be subject to the LATE FEE Policy (15$ Late Fee) & Loss of class credit.
