If you answered Yes to either of these questions; then this class is FOR YOU! 💋 Flow’etic Vibez is a FUN ALL LEVEL FREE/STYLE BASED CLASS…I call it Thee Spontaneous ice breaker class, where we play dance games to explore musicality, smooth transitions and so much more through movement as we find our own vibe & just let it flow. 💋 ONE TIME REQUIREMENT: *UPON BOOKING YOUR FIRST CLASS. PLEASE Join OUR APP from the bottom of the website as a Member Using INVITE CODE: THTNOF *READ/SIGN/SUBMIT THE ELECTRONIC LIABILITY WAIVER UNDER the FORMS tab on your NIKO'S LAIR FIT APP. (REQUIRED) *MANUAL WAIVERS WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE AT THE STUDIO AS WELL.💋 What I need to bring for class: - Comfortable top - Shorts recommend; leggings (optional) - Knee pads (optional) - No lotions or oils - Heels (optional) but Highly Recommended - Pole grip (recommended)

Cancellation Policy
CLASS BOOKING WINDOW A 2 hour booking CUTOFF window is implemented 2 hours prior to class starting time, class may be subject to cancellation at the instructor’s discretion if the 3 student minimum requirement is not met to conduct the class. LATE CANCELLATION FEE of 15$ Will be applied if canceled after the 6 hour window before class starts (Regardless of Membership Plan/Single~Drop In Class/Class Package). ALL LATE CANCELLATIONS will FORFEIT class credit & will be subject to the LATE FEE Policy (15$ Late Fee) & Loss of class credit.
